    The Traffic Security act is laws for offences involving minor to serious moving and non-moving violations.

    Section 1

    The following carries a fine up to but not limited to $1,500 and two license points.

    S.A-TS-1 Speeding; exceeding the speed limit
    S.A-TS-2 Changing lanes without first signaling
    S.A-TS-3 Misuse of horn (also disorderly)
    S.A-TS-4 Parking in such a way that it makes your vehicle a hazard (parking dangerously)
    S.A-TS-5 Parking in an area\lot\space that is not permitted for parking.
    S.A-TS-6 Operating a motor vehicle without headlights
    (The above statue can only be enforced when a person is driving at night; night is defined as when lights automatically activate!)

    Section 2

    The following carries a fine up to but not limited to $1,750 and three license points.

    S.A-TS-7 Driving with a flat tire (Destruction of gov. roadways)
    S.A-TS-8 Engaging in the use of hydraulics whilst in motion on a public roadway

    Section 3

    The following carries a fine up to but not limited to $3,200 and four license points.

    S.A-TS-9 Driving on a natural environment \ Sidewalk.
    S.A-TS-10 Failure to yield to an emergency vehicle (lights & sirens)
    S.A-TS-11 Engaging in the use of Nitrous Oxcide (NOS)
    S.A-TS-12 Performing dangerous stunts and or maneuvers (Passing over a hump)
    S.A-TS-13 Driving in incorrect\oncoming lane.
    S.A-TS-14 Constituting danger pedestrians and or vehicles, in any form.
    S.A-TS-15 Failure to provide necessary documentation on request of an officer (License).
    S.A-TS-16 Reckless driving; endangering property or persons with one's driving.

    Section 4

    The following offences carry a jail sentence of 10 minutes and 5 driving points.

    S.A-TS-17 Engaging in illicit street racing.
    S.A-TS-18 Driving while license is suspended or revoked; (DWLSOR).

    Notes to keep in mind!

    The following offences can be punishable in many forms, depending on the circumstances.

    When nearing an area where a traffic collision has occured, or when nearing a crime scene, do not stop unless a uniformed officer informs you to do so. Stay mobile and try to take a detour.

    A double yellow line means "Do not attempt to overtake vehicles in this lane!"

    A double white line means "One way lane!"

    Your vehicle MUST come to a complete stop when approaching\Crossing an intersection and or making a turn.

    License Information (New section)

    (A) San Andreas license laws prohibit a person(s) from the following.

    (1.a) A person possesing a valid drivers license with 7 points acquired with or without knowledge is subject to jail time for the crime of driving on a suspended license with or without knowledge. As a driver it is your responsibility to ensure your license does not have 7 points before operating a motor vehicle. If it is discovered that you are or were driving with a suspended license you may recieve a fine up to (but not limited to) $2,500 and or jail time. Once your license is taken by a law enforcement officer you may then acquire a new one at the DMV at a charge of $5,000, all points will then be reset back to zero.

    (1.b) A person possesing a valid gun license with 7 points acquired with or without knowledge is subject to jail time IF and only IF the person (citizen) is in possesion of ANY firearm, this also includes a legal pistol and shotgun as well. If a citizen is in possesion of a firearm with 7 points on their gun license they will face a fine up to (but not limited to) $2,500 and or jail time. Once the license is taken by a law enforcement officer you may then acquire a new one at the DMV for an undisclosed amount, all points will then be set back to zero.
